1. Who we are

Corporalix is a multi-club sports management SaaS platform. This policy describes how we handle the personal data we receive through corporalix.com.ar (the "landing") and the app.corporalix.com.ar application.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the information needed to deliver the service:

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), club name, sport, role and message. Used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you move forward as a customer, to set up your account.
Application: data of people connected to the club (athletes, staff), medical, sports and operational evaluations. This data belongs to the contracting club; Corporalix acts as data processor.
Technical data: IP address (truncated to /24 prefix), user-agent and source page. Only for spam analysis and security.

3. Purpose of processing

Reply to commercial enquiries received through the landing.
Deliver the service contracted by the club.
Ensure the technical security of the platform.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process data under your explicit consent (when you submit the form), the contract between Corporalix and the club, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. We comply with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep contact leads for up to 24 months if no contract is signed. Active customer data is kept for the duration of the contract plus the legally required period afterwards. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Security

Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.2+).
Passwords hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds).
Multi-tenant isolation at application level + Row-Level Security in the database.
Daily off-site backups (Backblaze B2).
Full immutable audit log of all changes.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We use providers strictly necessary to operate:

Hosting provider (Hetzner / Contabo / OVH, depending on the deployment).
Resend (transactional email delivery).
Backblaze B2 (encrypted off-site backups).

All of them act as processors under our instructions.

8. Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights to:

Access your personal data.
Rectify inaccurate data.
Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
Object to processing.
Portability (delivery in a structured format).

Write to soporte@corporalix.com.ar to exercise them. We reply within 10 business days.

9. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies for the site and the application to work (session, language preference). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version at this same address and, if changes are material, we will notify you via email.
